Mr. Bajrang Lal Bhura is an Additional Director on our Board. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from BITS Pilani, Goa and MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ranchi. Mr. Bhura has passed all three levels of the CFA Program and has close to a decade’s experience in Banking, Corporate Finance and Information Technology.

Mr. Mohnish Dutta is an Additional Director on our Board. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Delhi. With nearly ten years of experience, he's adept at navigating the complex world of compliance for both listed and unlisted companies. From ensuring every regulation is met to facilitating seamless fund-raising endeavors through the capital market and wholesale debt market, he's a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience. He is currently serving as Compliance Officer at Bharat Highways InvIT, a publicly listed Infrastructure Investment Trust. Prior to joining the Investment Manager of Bharat Highways InvIT, he was previous associated with G R Infraprojects Limited and IEC Education Limited.
